Courses etc. Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all courses etc. appearing on BeaBetterManager.com throughout the year 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2008. These terms and conditions take effect from the date the learning resource Provider adds details of the course etc.. The terms and conditions are subject to review with effect from 1 April 2008.

The Provider undertakes to:

• add details of courses etc. which comply with all legal requirements and link these to relevant Sections and Checklists
• provide and maintain hyperlinks where its courses etc., or further information about them, can be accessed
• regularly review details of its courses etc. on BeaBetterManager.com and amend or delete courses etc. as appropriate.

The Management Standards Consultancy undertakes to:

• promote and maintain BeaBetterManager.com 24 hours per day throughout the year (expect for periods of maintenance and upgrading not exceeding 48 hours)
• review the courses etc. submitted by the Provider and, if they are considered appropriate, publish details of the courses etc. linked to the Sections and Checklists selected by the Provider.

The Management Standards Consultancy reserves the absolute right to refuse to publish any courses etc. which it considers inappropriate.

The Management Standards Consultancy undertakes to make no charge to the Provider for publishing details of its courses etc. on BeaBetterManager.com. In return, the Provider undertakes to promote BeaBetterMananager.com through link(s) from relevant pages of its website(s).

The Management Standards Consultancy may contact the Provider from time to time in order to maintain details of its courses etc. up to date and inform the Provider of developments on BeABetterManager.com.

This is the limit of the undertakings of The Management Standards Consultancy and the Provider to each other. The Management Standards Consultancy and the Provider severally agree to waive their right to make claim(s) for damages, except in respect of these specific undertakings.
